IP Lawyer Pamela Lönnqvist handles patent and trademark litigation cases. She assists clients in protecting patents, trademarks, designs and trade secrets in various countries and IP systems. She draws up licencing and other IP related contracts, negotiates and advises on IP strategy, including freedom-to-operate analyses and employee inventions. She specializes in all IP matters related to biochemistry, chemistry, medicine, and diagnostics – including SPC matters before the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. She has previously worked as an associate lawyer in pharmaceutical patent litigation cases and has also been a legal trainee and IP Specialist in patent and trademark matters. She is a professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in trademark and designs matters, a registered trademark and designs attorney before the Finnish Patent and Registration Office in trademark and designs matters, and also authorized to represent clients before Finnish courts. Pamela has been employed at Boco IP since 1997.
